KONSEP PENGEMBANGAN MASYARAKAT

Pada hakikatnya semua pembangunan dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.  Untuk itu pembangunan terhadap masyarakat desa dipusatkan pada mereka (people centered development) (Korten, 2001:110), melalui suatu gerakan yang dinamakan pengembangan masyarakat (community development) sebagaimana rumusan konsep Brokensha dan Hodge dalam Adi (2003:200) berikut ini :
Community development is a movement designed to promote better living for the whole community with the active participation and on the initiative of the community
(Pengembangan masyarakat adalah suatu gerakan yang dirancang guna meningkatkan taraf hidup keseluruhan masyarakat melalui partisipasi aktif dan inisiatif dari masyarakat).
Definisi di atas pada hakikatnya memberikan gambaran tentang upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat serta berusaha menciptakan suatu kondisi yang memancing kemauan dan insiatif sendiri dari masyarakat yang bersangkutan.  Dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan inisiatif mereka, diharapkan masyarakat semakin mandiri dan mampu memahami permasalahan yang dihadapi serta potensi yang mereka miliki untuk dimanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin.

Never imagine such a charming sight in the area that can be said to be rather remote. Membuku beach has a very natural beauty that is so beautiful.

This beach is right in the Banda Sea region was famous for its depth ... if the tide we can walk as far as approximately 200 Meters ... and can directly see the trough ... imagine if a case of seeing the amazing thing was, and not only that ... visitors also can directly enjoy the grilled fresh fish directly from fishermen who go to sea ... yammiiiiiii emmm ....

a very obvious lack of beaches is a lack of attention from the government and society as well as elements that are involved in management. the future if this beach is managed with a more professional will be one of the destinations in the region of North Buton .------------ coast to get to this area of North Buton is Rp. 100,000-from the provincial capital of Southeast Sulawesi (Kendari).

KRONOLOGIS EKSPEDISI A YEAR UNDER GROUND

SABTU, 29 DESEMBER 2007.Siang hingga malam hari tim di sibukkan dengan berbagai urusan yang menyangkut persiapan pelaksanaan ekspedisi, mulai dari cek peralatan,kesiapan logistic, serata kesiapan administrasi. Mengingat momen yang bertepan dengan tahun baru 2008 jadi tim harus mempersiapakan segala sesuatunya dengan sangat baik.setelah lama kami berdiskusu I mengenai teknis pelaksanaannya nanti dilapangan, tiba-tiba mata kami tertuju kepada Komandan operasi (K’Pian) yang menanyakan kesiapan dari anggota muda, tiba-tiba suasana jadi hening sesaat, K’Pian mengisap lantang rokok Sampoernya dan mengatakan kepada anggota muda “apakah masalanya kalian, kayaknya kalian tidak mau ikut ekspedisi ini” agak lama perbincangan dilakukan dengan anggota muda tersebut, sehingga lumanyan banyak juga waktu yang di habiskan cuman membahas mau atau tidaknya anggota muda ikut dalam ekspedisi ini. malam itu tim sedikit merasa kecewa pada anggota muda, karena dari raut wajah yang ditampilkan oleh mereka sudah menggabarkan bahwa mereka enggan mengikutu ekspedisi ini.
